breakfast options central location street noise sleeping trouble
The breakfast had many options. It was quite good. The hotel's location is pretty central.
My room faced a bar across the street. The noise went on VERY late. I had trouble sleeping. This significantly impacted my stay.

The breakfast WAS amazing. The location is GREAT. Staff members were helpful. Every staff member spoke perfect English. This was REALLY helpful. I appreciated the central location. IT made exploring the city easy.
The hotel lacked some toiletries. I expected MORE items.

central location friendly staff great breakfast
the hotel sits near parliament. a tram stop is conveniently located right by the hotel. the staff was friendly and helpful. breakfast included many options, such as a freshly squeezed orange juice machine.
our room lacked ample storage. one small suitcase fit on a shelf, but other bags had to sit on the floor.

breakfast had various dishes that rotated daily. there were smoothies, power boosters, and several types of milk. the hotel made fresh coffees and offered excellent freshly baked bread. gluten-free options included bread, crackers, and lactose-free yogurt.

the hotel is a short tram ride from the main station. it's centrally located near restaurants and a bar. røør bar is opposite the hotel and has 73 beers and ciders on tap. parliament is also within walking distance.

the standard queen room was well soundproofed. it included good amenities and attention to detail. the room size was comparable to other city hotels i've stayed in. everything we needed was available in the room.

staff provided a friendly welcome, and the room was ready early. the staff was attentive and helpful with directions. i was given a complimentary upgrade to a slightly larger business room. the breakfast staff were fantastic and accommodating.
